Method - 1 / 3

Pour 40ml Nº. TEN, 30ml pink grapefruit juice and 20ml honey syrup into a shaker over ice cubes.

Seal and shake well until the cocktail shaker is ice cold.

Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with a long grapefruit zest, expressing the oils over the top of the drink.
