• Build 1.25 oz Tanqueray Nº Ten Gin and Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic (to fill) over ice in a coupe glass.

• Express grapefruit twist over glass.

• Stir.

• Garnish with half a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of thyme.
