50/50 Tanqueray No. TEN Martini Cocktail

HOW TO MAKE IT

• Pour 1.25 oz Tanqueray No. TEN Gin into a measure and add to a mixing glass.

• Add 1.25 oz of dry vermouth and 1 dash of orange bitters.

• Fill with ice, stir until chilled and pour into a cocktail glass.

• Garnish with a fresh grapefruit twist, expressing the oils before placing in the glass.

• DAMN FANCY COCKTAIL TIP

  Stir over plenty of ice until crispy cold, and pour slowly (to maintain velvety mouthfeel) into a chilled glass. Stirring maintains Tanqueray No. TEN’s delicate citrus notes and helps control the level of dilution.
