50/50 Tanqueray No. TEN Martini Cocktail
HOW TO MAKE IT
Pour 1.25 oz Tanqueray No. TEN Gin into a measure and add to a mixing glass.
Add 1.25 oz of dry vermouth and 1 dash of orange bitters.
Fill with ice, stir until chilled and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a fresh grapefruit twist, expressing the oils before placing in the glass.
DAMN FANCY COCKTAIL TIP
Stir over plenty of ice until crispy cold, and pour slowly (to maintain velvety mouthfeel) into a chilled glass. Stirring maintains Tanqueray No. TEN’s delicate citrus notes and helps control the level of dilution.
