  • Pink Grapefruit juice

    10ml

  • Grapefruit cordial with tarragon and chamomile

    10ml

  • Prosecco

    50ml

  • Grapefruit coin

  • 2 units of alcohol per serve

Method - 1 / 3

Pour 35ml of Tanqueray No. TEN, 10ml of pink grapefruit juice and 10ml of grapefruit cordial into a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.​

Method - 2 / 3

Strain into a chilled coupette glass and top with 50ml of chilled prosecco.​

Garnish with a grapefruit coin.​
