  • Tawny Port

    30ml

  • Orange zest

  • Nutmeg

  • Star anise

  • Ice

  • 2.5 units of alcohol per serve

Pour 30ml Tanqueray Nº TEN Gininto a mixing glass.

Add 30ml of tawny port and 20ml of bitter aperitif.

Stir briefly and pour over ice into a rocks glass.

To finish, add a twist of orange zest, grate a touch of nutmeg over the top, and garnish with a whole star anise.
