  • Connaught Bitters of choice

  • Lemon zest or olive

Method - 1 / 3

Coat a martini cocktail glass with the bitter of choice.

Method - 2 / 3

Add 75ml Tanqueray No. TEN and 15ml of Vermouth blend into a mixing glass over ice chunks.

Method - 3 / 3

Stir, then strain into the bitters-coated martini cocktail glass and garnish.
