Fill shaker with ice, 30ml No. TEN and 30ml grapefruit cordial and 1 sprig of thyme

About this recipe

What's important is to have everything cold, and make sure that your grapefruit cordial is taking all of the layers of flavour that the grapefruit has. The fresh citrus, the oils, and the zest.
