HOW TO MAKE IT
Add 50ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale, 30ml lemon juice, and 15ml sugar syrup to a shaker.
Shake well, pour into a coupette glass, and top up with 50ml sparkling wine.
Add a twist of lemon to garnish.
