HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Pour 40ml No. TEN, 30ml pink grapefruit juice and 20ml honey syrup into a shaker tin over fresh ice cubes. 

  • Seal and shake well until the shaker tin is ice cold. 

  • Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with a long grapefruit zest, expressing the oils over the top of the drink.
